Action the change request

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type change request in the Filter field.
3. Click the Change Request Management list item. 
4. Click the OK button. The Change Request Management (Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Click the Filter in Place icon.
6. Click to select [your change number] in the grid. The Note should begin with [your initials].
7. Click the X-Ref CMR button. The CMRs (Linked) form opens.
8. Click the Status drop-down arrow.
9. Click the Under Review list item.
10. Click the calendar icon in the Due Date field. A calendar displays with the current month and 
year visible.
11. Click the [date seven days from the current date] option. The Due Date field populates.
12. Click the calendar icon in the Review Date field. A calendar displays with the current month and 
year visible.
13. Click the [date fourteen days from the current date] option. The Review Date field populates.
The Due Date and Review Date will vary based on each customer’s business processes.
Notice the Required section with the appropriate Requirements selected. The Requirements 
are only based upon the Initial Change option selected which was initially set on the Change 
Types form. The CMR cannot be closed out until the Requirements selected under the 
Required section have been completed. This is indicated in the Complete section when the 
appropriate check boxes are selected to match those selected under the Required section.
14. Type Glue documentation is required in the Note field under the original note.
15. Click the Save icon.
16. Click the Documentation button. The CMR Documentation (Linked) form opens.
17. Click to select the Documentation Cost Impacted check box.
18. Click to select the Training Impacted check box.
19. Type New glue user guide was created in the Note field.
20. Type New user guide in the Item field of the grid.
21. Type Completed in the Action field of the grid.
22. Click to select the Complete check box.
23. Click to select the Documentation Review Complete check box.
24. Click the Save icon.
25. Click the Close (X) button on the CMR Documentation (Linked) form. The CMRs (Linked) form 
displays. 
26. Click the Actions icon.
27. Click the Refresh current list item.
Notice the Documentation check box under the Complete section is now selected. This 
matches the check boxes under the Required section.
View the other available forms by selecting the buttons. 
These other forms are not required because they are not selected under the Required section; 
however, they can still be completed if needed.
Close the form when finished viewing the form.
28. Click the Status drop-down arrow.
29. Click the Closed list item.
30. Click to select the Closed check box.
Notice when this check box is selected the Close Date field populates.
31. Click the Save icon.
32. Click the Close (X) button on the CMRs (Linked) form. The Change Request Management
form displays.
33. Click to select the Change Complete check box located below the Create By field. 
Notice when this check box is selected the Close Date field populates.
34. Click the Save icon.
35. Click the Close (X) button on the Change Request Management form.
Typically, an organization will only complete the X-Ref CMR or the X-Ref CAR, not both
