1. Click the Open icon.
2. Type journals in the Filter field.
3. Click the Journals list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Journals (Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Click the Filter in Place icon.
6. Click the New icon.
7. Type [your initials] Journal in the Journal field. Example: MD Journal.
8. Type [your name] Journal in the Description field. Example: Mary’s Journal.
9. Type [your initials] in the Control Num Prefix field.
10. Click the Save icon.
11. Click the X on the Journals form
