Customer Order Kit Builder

Part 1: Create a customer order for kit
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type customer order in the Filter field.
3. Click the Customer Orders list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Customer Orders(Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Click the Filter in Place icon.
6. Click the New icon. 
7. Type [your initials] ? in the Order field.
8. Click the Customer drop-down arrow.
9. Click the 1 list item.
10. Click the Save icon. 
11. Click the ellipsis.
12. Click the Lines button. 
13. Type [your initials] kit-10000 in the Item field. A dialog box with the message, “Not one Item Price 
exists for Item that has [Item: [your initials] Kit-10000 and [Site: DALS]”.
14. Click OK. 
15. Type 20 in the Qty Ordered field. 
16. Type 5 in the Unit Price field. 
17. Click the Save icon. 
18. Click the X on the COL form.
19. Click the X on the CO form. 
Part 2: Process the kit
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type customer order kit builder in the Filter field.
3. Click the Customer Order Kit Builder list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Customer Order Kit Builder (Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Click the Filter in Place icon. 
6. Click to Select the checkbox for [your customer order] in the grid.
7. Click Print Pick List. A modal form displays your job information.
8. Click the Print button. The Customer Order Kit Pick List report displays in the Report Viewer. 
9. Click the X to close the Report Viewer.
10. Click the X to close the Customer Order Kit Pick List form. You are returned to the Customer 
Order Kit Builder form. 
11. Type 20 in the Qty Picked field. 
12. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Post was successful.”
13. Click the OK button. A dialog box with the message; “X Customer Order Kit Builder(s) were 
posted.”
14. Click the OK button.
15. Click the X on the Customer Order Kit Builder form. 
Part 3: Ship the order
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type order shipping in the Filter field.
3. Click the Order Shipping list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Order Shipping (Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Type [your customer order] in the Order field. 
6. Click to Select the checkbox for [your customer order] in the grid.
7. Type 20 in the Quantity field. 
8. Click the Process button.
9. A X Shipping Transactions were posted toast message displays. 
10. Click the X on the Order Shipping form.
11. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
12. Type customer order kit builder in the Filter field.
13. Click the Customer Order Kit Builder list item.
14. Click the OK button. The Customer Order Kit Builder (Filter in Place) form opens.
15. Click the Filter in Place icon. The customer order should no longer display. 
16. Click the X on the Customer Order Kit Builder form
