1. Open the User Extensions form.
2. Select [your user id] from the list of user names. Your user record opens.
3. Type [your initials] in the User Initials field.
Note: Use two or three capital letters.
4. Select MAIN from the Warehouse drop-down list.
Note: It may already be selected.
5. Select FLOOR from the Pick Location drop-down list.
Note: It may already be selected.
6. Type FIN-1 for the parameter value for the Default Inventory Location parameter
7. Type FLOOR for the parameter value for the Default Picking Location parameter.
8. Type STOCK for the parameter value for the Default Putaway Location parameter.
9. Write down the number displayed in the Employee field here __________. This is normally your
employee number.
10. Click Save.
11. Open the Employees from.
12. Select [your employee number] from the list of employees. Your employee record opens.
13. Verify that the User Name field in the Kiosk Access section identifies your user name.
14. Close the Employee form.
15. Close the User Extensions form
