Request IQM keyfile from Infor Support
IQM keyfile request from Infor
From Concierge, on the side near the bottom choose Software Key, Software Key Request.
In the Key system area choose Visual: IQM – Visual
In the Key request reason choose Version Upgrade – Production
Enter in contact info and choose next:
In the key length area choose permanent.
In all the lines below choose Yes Key Required, and click Next:
Host Name is the database name (like IQMDEV_App)
Server Name is the SQL server name and instance (like SQLSERVER\DEV)
Then click Submit.
