Running Macro - Windows Security Errors


Be sure when testing on a Server environment that the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration
is set to off for both Administrators and Users.
This shoudl include Terminal Server Environments as well.
Security should be set to off for users or exception made for the Macroserver webservice

This can potentially block the download of necessary dll's for Macroserver and its family of products





Domain Group Policy Security changes can also effect the ability for a normal user to download the required dll's for Macroserver
This is also more prevalent in server environments.
To rule out a GPO you will need to stand up a server not on the domain take a snapshot often working environment.
Then join to the domain and test.

If there are still errors you will need to roll back and rejoin to the domain and test until you find the security policy
causing the issue.

MacroServer works with an OOB deployment of Windows Server as well as Domain joined to OOB policies.
