SendGrid - Setup for Mail Relay
Sign up for a Send Grid account
Setup Sender Authentication
You have a choice of setting up your Domain or single sender choose what will best suit your business needs.
Single Sender
Enter the required information and click create
A verification will be sent to the Email address to validate
Domain Authentication
Make your selection for the 2 options
Enter your domain name and click next
DNS Updates
SendGrid will give you what's required to be added to your DNS records for your domain
Work with your DNS Host\Web developer to make the changes once made click verify to complete the process
SMTP Mail Relay
Under Integration guide Choose SMTP Relay
Follow the Integration guide
Create an API key by setting a name then click create
Save the key in a password safe as this is the only time it will be revealed.
The name you use will be apikey
The Password you will use is the apikey created
Server name is smtp.sendgrid.net
Port shoudl be ssl 465
