Copy customer order, ship and invoice

Part 1: Copy a customer order to work with your own data
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type copy in the Filter field.
3. Click the Copy Orders and Estimates list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Copy Orders and Estimates form opens. 
5. Type dc207 in the Order Number field, in the From section.
6. Type [your initials]? in the Order Number field, in the To section.
7. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Customer Order that has 
[Order: XX0000000X] and [Order Type: Regular] does not exist. Customer Order will be created.”
8. Click the OK button. A dialog box opens with the message, “[Copy] was successful.”
9. Click the OK button. The copied information displays in the grid below.
10. Verify your order number that was created. 
11. Click the X on the Copy Orders and Estimates form.
Part 2: Ship your customer order
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type order shipping in the Filter field.
3. Click the Order Shipping list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Order Shipping form opens.
5. Type [your order number] in the Order field.
6. Press Tab.
7. Verify there is a Quantity for each line. Note: If any line does not have a quantity add the 
quantity that is in the Qty Ordered field. 
8. Click to Select the On Hand Negative checkbox.
9. Click the Select All button.
10. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “X Shipping Transaction(s) were 
posted.”
11. Click the OK button.
12. Click the X on the Order Shipping form.
Part 3: Invoice the order
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type order inv in the Filter field.
3. Click the Order Invoicing/Credit Memo list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Order Invoicing/Credit Memo form opens.
5. Type [your order number] in the Order Line/Release field.
6. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “[Print Order Invoicing/Credit 
Memo] will be performed.”
7. Click the OK button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Report Submitted”.
8. Click the OK button.
9. Click the X on the Order Invoicing/Credit Memo form
