Part 1: Copy report
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type financial report in the Filter field.
3. Click the Financial Report Writer list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Financial Report Writer form opens.
5. Click the Copy icon. The Copy Report form opens.
6. Click the Copy From Report ID drop-down arrow.
7. Click the SL-Bal list item.
8. Type [your initials] Balance in the Copy To Report ID field.
9. Type Balance Sheet in the Description field.
10. Press Tab.
11. Click the Copy button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Task Submitted.
12. Click the OK button.
13. Click the Copy From Report ID drop-down arrow.
14. Click the SL-P&L list item.
15. Type [your initials] Income in the Copy To Report ID field.
16. Type Income Statement the Description field.
17. Click the Copy button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Task Submitted”.
18. Click the OK button.
19. Click the Copy From Report ID drop-down arrow.
20. Click the SL-BalType list item.
21. Type [your initials] Bal Typ in the Copy To Report ID field.
22. Type Balance Sheet by Account Type in the Description field.
23. Click the Copy button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Task Submitted”.
24. Click the OK button.
25. Click the X on the Financial Report Writer form
