Part 1: Create a purchase order requisition
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type purchase order req in the Filter field.
3. Click the web.PurchaseOrderRequisitions form list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Purchase Order Requisitions form opens.
5. Click the New icon.
6. Type [your initials]? in the Requisition field.
7. Click the Approver drop-down arrow.
8. Click the [your user name] list item. Note: The approver is provided as information and is not
verified when the requisition is approved.
9. Click the Save icon.
Part 2: Add a requisition line
1. Click the Lines button. The Purchase Order Requisition Lines (Linked) form opens.
2. Type al in the Item field.
3. Click the Item drop-down arrow.
4. Click the AL-10000 list item.
5. Type 5,000.00 in the Ordered field.
6. Verify LB displays in the U/M field.
7. View the Plan Extended Cost value.
8. Click the Save icon.
Note: The Status is Requested.
9. Click the Window drop-down arrow.
10. Click the Close All list item
