1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type purchase order doc in the Filter field.
3. Click the Purchase Order Document Lifecycle form list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Purchase Order Document Lifecycle form opens.
5. Type [your initials] in the Requisition field.
6. Click the Requisition drop-down arrow.
7. Click the [your requisition number] list item.
Review the information on the form.
8. Right-click the [purchase order number] in the PO Number field.
9. Click the Details list item. The Purchase Orders form opens.
10. Click the Detail Plus (+) symbol to view the line detail.
11. Click the Window drop-down arrow.
12. Click the Close All list item.
