Identify past due jobs

Part 1: Look for past due jobs
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type job orders in the Filter field.
3. Click the web.JobOrders list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Job Orders form opens.
5. Click the Filter in Place icon.
6. Click the Status drop-down arrow.
7. Click the Released list item.
8. Type <[Todays Date] in the End field in the Job section.
9. Click to select the Ready check box.
10. Click to clear the Ready check box. Note: By performing Steps 10 and 11 this will display jobs 
that aren’t ready so you can see component shortages.
11. Click the Filter in Place icon.
12. Click the Component Shortages menu option. The Component Shortages APS form opens.
View the items that are showing as shortages for a job.
13. Click the X on the Component Shortages APS form. You are returned to the Job Orders form.
Part 2: View Ready check box
1. Click the Filter in Place icon.
2. Click to select the Ready check box.
3. Click the Filter in Place icon.
4. Click the Component Shortages menu option. The Component Shortages APS form opens.
Notice there are no shortages and all materials are ready.
5. Click the Window drop-down arrow on the menu bar.
6. Click the Close All list item
