Identify item bottlenecks

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type item bottlenecks in the Filter field.
3. Click the web.ItemBottlenecksAPS list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Item Bottlenecks APS (Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Type [your initials] in the Planner Code field.
6. Click the Filter in Place icon. Any purchased items which are causing demand delays display in 
the slider grid and the first record details display on the form.
7. Review the value in the Delayed Demands field. This indicates how many demands are 
impacted by the delayed items. 
8. Review the data displayed in the Demands grid. For each delayed demand, the grid identifies 
quantity, delay, days late, and supply and demand information.
Note: In a production environment, review this form on a periodic basis to analyze whether 
certain items are regularly causing delays. If so, identify ways to minimize or prevent this issue in 
the future. Work with other teams in the organization as needed
