Pick workbench without assigned locations

Part 1: Generate the pick list
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type pick workbench in the Filter field.
3. Click the Pick Workbench form list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Pick Workbench opens.
5. Click to deselect the Assign Locations checkbox.
6. Click to select the Select check box for the first two lines.
7. Verify the Qty Ready column is greater or equal to the Qty To Pick column. Note: Each order 
must have a minimum of one line to show the grouping functionality.
If you don’t have any items that have qty ready column greater or equal to the qty to 
pick column, you can do a Miscellaneous Receipt to receive additional inventory. 
Note: If your qty to pick is 100 and you only have 10 ready you need to receive 90

8. Type 1 in the Group column for the selected orders so they are combined in a single pick list.
9. Find the Item and Qty to Pick for each item. 
10. Write those values here.

Note the Inventory tab is deactivated when Assign Locations is not selected. 
11. Verify the Location and Qty on Hand for selected lines.
12. Click the Generate button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Generate was successful.”
13. Click OK. A dialog box opens with the message, “Report Submitted.”
14. Click the OK button.
15. Click the X on the Pick Workbench form.
Part 2: Verify the pick list was generated
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type pick maintenance in the Filter field.
3. Click the web.pickmaintenance form list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Pick Maintenance form opens.
5. Click the Filter in Place icon. 
6. You should have 2 Pick Lists. Note: You have two pick lists created because the Group numbers 
were not updated to be the same in this exercise. 
7. Find the pick list number in the grid view.
8. Write the pick list numbers here _________ and _____________.
If you need to unpick inventory or split your pick list you can do that now using the 
Unpick Inventory form or Pick List Splitting. 
9. Find the status of the pick list.
10. Write the status here ___________________.
11. Click the X on Pick Maintenance form
