1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type print inv in the Filter field.
3. Click the Print Inventory Sheets list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Print Inventory Sheets form opens.
5. Click to select the Print Zero Qty On - Hand Items check box.
6. Click the Process button. The Print Inventory Sheets Report opens in a new tab.
7. Click the X on the Report Viewer. A dialog box opens with the message, “Report Submitted”.
8. Click the OK button.
9. Click to select the Commit radio button.
10. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Did [Print Inventory Sheets]
complete successfully?”.
11. Click the Yes button. A dialog box opens with the message, “X Sheet(s) were processed”.
Note: If you click Yes, you will not be able to reprint any tags or sheets. If you click No, the
physical inventory will not be updated and the records can be reprinted. If you want to be able to
reprint at any time, you should print to file instead of directly to the printer, as you are doing in this
exercise.
12. Click the OK button.
13. Click the X on the Print Inventory Sheets form.
14. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
15. Type report output in the Filter field.
16. Click the Report Output Files list item.
17. Click the OK button. The Report Output Files (Filter in Place) form opens.
18. Click the Filter in Place icon.
19. Select the Print Inventory Sheets Report in the left pane.
20. Click the View button. The Print Inventory Sheets Report opens in a new tab.
21. Click the X on the Report Viewer.
22. Click the X on the Report Output Files form.
Might be best to go into the Report Options form and change the format for these 2 reports to .csv or Excel.( Print inventory sheets, print inventory tags)
It is recommended to print the tags for the loaded records before printing blank tags. If Print Blank Tags is checked, only those tags print.
