Freeze the inventory

The inventory must be frozen to start the Physical Inventory.  Once inventory is frozen for a warehouse, any transactions moving items in or out of inventory CANNOT be posted.  This includes CO shipping, PO receiving, Stockroom Activities and Job Transactions moving quantity to inventory.  Physical Inventory is run by warehouse.​

Click the “Physical Inventory In Process” check box, and then click <Process>​
