Record tests/defects for first article receiver

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type inspect dis in the Filter field.
3. Click the Inspect Disposition list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Inspect Disposition form opens.
5. Click to select [your first article receiver number] in the grid. (Make sure the First Article 
Receiver check box is selected).
You can only record test results for First Article Receiver. The purposed of First Article 
Receiver is to record the tests or defects as having been completed. You cannot disposition 
the receiver.
6. Click the Record Tests/Defects button. The Test Results Entry (Linked) form opens. 
7. Click the Inspector ID drop-down arrow.
8. Click the 2 list item. The inspector’s name displays to the right of the Inspector ID field.
9. Click the Save icon. The item information displays.
10. Click the Generate Tests button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Test set creation 
succeeded.”
11. Click the OK button. The test that is required for the item displays in the grid on the 
Batch/Summary Tests tab.
12. Click to select the Complete check box in the grid.
13. Type 1 in the Qty Tested field.
14. Click to select the Pass checkbox.
15. Type 9 in the Actual Min field.
16. Type 9 in the Actual Max field.
17. Click the Save icon.
18. Click the Close (X) button on the Test Results/Entry (Linked) form. The Inspect Disposition 
form displays.
The QC Receiver Complete check box is not automatically updated. However, it is active and 
can be selected.
19. Click to select the QC Receiver Complete check box. If the check box is not enabled, click the 
Refresh icon, then select the check box.
20. Click the Save icon.
