1. Open the Vendor Document Profile form.
2. Click the New icon.
3. Click the Method drop-down arrow.
4. Click the Email list item.
6. Click the Task Name drop-down arrow.
7. Click the A/P Check Printing/Posting - Remittance Advice list item.
8. Type Remittance Advice in the Description field.
9. Type 1 in the Copies field.
10. Click to select the Active check box.
11. Click the New icon.
12. Click the Method drop-down arrow.
13. Click the Email list item.
15. Click the Task Name drop-down arrow.
16. Click the Vendor Voucher/Debit Memo Report list item.
17. Type Debit Memo in the Description field.
18. Type 1 in the Copies field.
19. Click to select the Active check box.
20. Click the Save icon.
21. Click the Window drop-down arrow on the Menu bar.
22. Click the Close All list item
