Add a fixed asset enhancement cost

1. Click the Fixed Asset Costs button. The Fixed Asset Costs (Linked) form opens.
2. Click the New icon.
3. Type 50000 in the Cost Amount field.
4. Click the Cost Type drop-down arrow.
5. Click the Enhancement list item.
6. Type Improvements in the Cost Description field.
7. Click the Save icon.
8. Click the Window drop-down arrow.
9. Click the Close All list item
