Configure time off groups

Configure time off groups

1.Open the Time Off Group Parameters form.
2. Click New.
3. Type ST_[your initials]_Time in the Time Off Group ID field.
4. Type time off group for student in Description field.
5. Verify the following fields are populated in the first line in the grid below the Absence Tracking 
Method. If not, make the appropriate selections.

6. Click Save.
7. Type 24 in Maximum Carry Forward field for Absence Code VAC. 
8. Click Save.
9. Close the Time Off Group Parameters form.
