Create resource groups

Part 1: Create welding resource group
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type resource groups in the Filter field.
3. Click the web.ResourceGroups list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Resource Groups form opens.
5. Click the New icon.
6. Type [your initials]-DCBT-RGW in the Group field.
7. Type Welding in the Description field.
8. Verify Machine is displayed in the Type field.
9. Click the Resources menu option.
10. Click the Resource field in row 1 of the grid.
11. Type [your initials] in the Resource field.
12. Click the Resource drop-down arrow.
13. Click the [your initials]-DCBT-MR1 list item.
14. Click the Save icon.
15. Click the Description field to prepare to add another resource group.
Note: If you miss this step, you will create a new record in the Resources grid instead of a new 
resource group record.
Part 2: Create painting resource group
1. Click the New icon.
2. Type [your initials]-DCBT-RGP in the Group field.
3. Type Painting in the Description field.
4. Verify Machine is displayed in the Type field.
5. Click the Resource field in row 1 of the grid.
6. Type [your initials] in the Resource field.
7. Click the Resource drop-down arrow.
8. Click the [your initials]-DCBT-MR2 list item.
9. Click the Save icon.
10. Click the Description field to prepare to add another resource group.
Part 3: Create assembly resource group
1. Click the New icon.
2. Type [your initials]-DCBT-RGA in the Group field.
3. Type Assembly in the Description field.
4. Click the Type drop-down arrow.
5. Click the Labor list item.
6. Click the Resource field in row 1 of the grid.
7. Type [your initials] in the Resource field.
8. Click the Resource drop-down arrow.
9. Click the [your initials]-CBT-LR1 list item.
10. Click the Save icon.
11. Click the X on the Resource Groups form
