Create item routing

Create item routing

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type current operations in the Filter field.
3. Click the Current Operations list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Current Operations (Filter in Place) form opens. 
5. Click the Filter in Place icon.
6. Click the New Icon.
7. Click the Item drop-down arrow.
8. Click the [your initials]GTZ-970 list item.
9. Type 10 in the Operation field.
10. Click the WC drop-down arrow.
11. Click the FA-400 list item.
12. Type 0.3 in the Labor Hours per Piece field.
13. Type 0.2 in the Move field.
14. Type 0.0 in the Queue Time field.
15. Type 0.0 in the Setup field.
16. Click the Save icon.
17. Repeat steps 6 - 16 to create the other three operations for the [your initials]GTZ-970 item 
routing using the field values in the table below for each operation.

* When entering the hours per piece values, make sure you enter it into the hours per piece field 
that matches the schedule driver for the operation.
18. Add an Outside Process operation to the [your initials] GTZ-970 routing:

19. Click the Save icon. 
20. Click the Actions drop-down arrow on the menu bar.
21. Click the Notes for Current list item.
22. Type Frame graphics in the Subject field.
23. Type The purpose of this operation is to include frame graphics on our GTZ-970 mountain bike. in 
the Note field.
24. Verify the Internal check box is selected.
25. Click the Save icon.
26. Click the OK button.
27. Click the X on the Current Operations form
