Customer order invoice

Part 1: Run the To Be Invoiced Report
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.

2. Type to be invoiced in the Filter field.
3. Click the To Be Invoiced list item.
4. . Click the OK button. The To Be Invoiced form opens.
5. Click the Preview button. The To Be Invoiced Report opens in the Report Viewer.
 6. Use DC366 line 2 or 3, or DC385 line 1. Write down the customer order and line number

7.. Click the X on the Report Viewer.
8.. Click the X on the To Be Invoiced Report form.
Part 2: Generate the invoice
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box open
2. Type order invoicing credit memo in the Filter field.
 3.. Click the Order Invoicing Credit Memo list item.
4.Click the OK button. The Order Invoicing Credit Memo form opens.
5. Type [your order number]in the Starting Order Line/ Release field.
6. Type [your line number] in the drop-down field to the right of Order Line/ Release. 
7. Click Process. A dialog box opens with the message, “Print Order Invoicing/Credit Memo will be 
performed.”
8. Click the OK button. A dialog box opens with the message, “Report Submitted.”
9. Click the OK button.
10. Click the A/R Invoices button. The Invoices, Debit and Credit Memos form opens.
11. Click the Filter in Place icon. The Invoice you created for Customer 1 displays in this file. 
12. Write down the invoice number here ___________.
To view the invoice, open the form Report Output Files. 
13. Click the X on the Order Invoicing/Credit Memo form.
14. Click the X on the Invoices, Debit and Credit Memos form.
