Record a receiver disposition

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type inspect dis in the Filter field.
3. Click the Inspect Disposition list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Inspect Disposition form opens.
5. Click to select [your second receiver number for your new order] in the grid. This should have 
a quantity of 10 and the Disposition QC Receiver button is enabled.
6. Click the Disposition QC Receiver button. The Disposition Receiving (Linked) form opens.
7. Click the Inspector drop-down arrow.
8. Click the 2 list item.
9. Type 10 in the Quantity field in the QC Accepted section. 
10. Press Tab. The Reason and Disposition fields are enabled.
11. Click the Reason drop-down arrow.
12. Click the COMPLIES list item.
13. Click the Disposition drop-down arrow.
14. Click the ACCEPT list Item.
Note: The Print Accept Tag check box is also available to be cleared on the form. This check box 
is automatically selected based on the Customer Parameters form settings.
15. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “[Create] was successful for 
COC that has [COC Number: X]. Disposition Completed”.
Note: The COC is the certificate of compliance for the disposition which was set on the Items 
form for this item. When a receiver is dispositioned as accepted, QCS will automatically link to the 
CoC.
Write the COC Number here _________.
16. Click the OK button. The QC Tags Report opens in a new tab.
17. Click the Close (X) button on the report tab to close.
18. Click the Actions drop-down arrow on the menu bar.
19. Click the Refresh current list item. 
Note: The Qty Accepted field is now updated to display the quantity you accepted on the 
Disposition Receiving (Linked) form and the QC Receiver Complete check box is automatically 
updated as selected.
20. Click the Close (X) button on the Inspect Disposition form
