Review and respond to exception messages

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type planning detail in the Filter field. 
3. Click the web.PlanningDetail list item. 
4. Click the OK button. The Planning Detail (Filter in Place) form opens. 
5. Type [your initials] in the Planner field.
6. Click the Exception Message field.
7. Type >0 in the Exception Message field.
8. Click the Filter in Place icon. 
9. Click the Maximize/Minimize button to toggle to grid mode. All the exception messages display. 
Take the appropriate action to resolve those issues, working with other departments as needed.
10. Click the X on the Planning Detail form.
You can also run the Exceptions Report to view the same information.
