Part 1: Resource Group Utilization APS
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type resource group utilization in the Filter field.
3. Click the Resource Group Utilization APS list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Resource Group Utilization APS (Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Click to select the Exclude Infinite Resource Groups check box.
6. Type 1 in the Intervals field.
7. Click the drop-down arrow in the field next to Intervals.
8. Click the Weeks list item.
9. Click the Filter in Place icon. This shows the resource groups with utilization over 80% which is
our Threshold Pct.
10. Click on [any Resource Group line].
11. Click the Load Profile button. The Resource Group Load Profile APS (Linked) form opens.
This form shows the utilization and load for all resources in a specific resource group at various
points in time.
12. Click the Actions drop-down arrow on the menu bar.
13. Click the Go to Resource Group Plan list item. This form details the work APS has planned to
be processed by the resources within the specific resource group.
14. Click the Window drop-down arrow.
15. Click the Close All list item.
Part 2: View Production Planner Home form
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type production planner in the Filter field.
3. Click the Production Planner Home list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Production Planner Home form opens.
5. Click the Navigator tab.
6. Click the More tab.
7. Click the Resource Group Plan list item.
8. Click the Filter in Place icon.
9. Type [your initials]-DCBT-200 in the Item field.
10. Click the Filter in Place icon.
You can see your Resource, Operation Start and End date as well as the Job that was created.
11. Click the X on the Production Planner Home form.
