Review and respond to over -capacity issues

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type resource group utilization in the Filter field. 
3. Click the Resource Group Utilization APS list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Resource Group Utilization APS (Filter in Place) form opens. 
5. Click to select the Exclude Infinite Resource Groups check box.
6. Type 7 in the Intervals field.
7. Click the drop-down arrow in the field next to Intervals. 
8. Click Days list item. 
9. Click the Filter in Place icon. Note the Resource groups and their Utilization.
10. Click the X on the Resource Group Utilization APS form.
