Review RMA parameters

Review RMA parameters

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type rma par in the Filter field.
3. Click the RMA Parameters list item.
4. Click the OK button. The RMA Parameters form opens. 
5. Review the fields to determine what values you would use.
6. Click the X on the RMA Parameters form.
