1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type customer par in the Filter field.
3. Click the Customer Parameters list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Customer Parameters form opens.
5. Under the QC Customer RMA section verify the following check boxes are selected:
• Display RMA QC Item Alerts
• Default For RMA Tags
• QC Window when creating Receiver
• Auto Create RMA Receivers
6. Click the Location drop-down arrow.
7. Click the QC INSP list item. This indicates the location of the return transaction against an RMA
after a receiver is automatically created to indicate the location where the material will be placed.
Note: The location must have previously been set up in the Locations form.
8. Click to select the Create MRRs at RMA Return check box.
9. Click the Auto MRR Reason drop-down arrow.
10. Click the MRRHOLD list item.
11. Click the QC Label for Auto MRR drop-down arrow.
12. Click the Hold list item.
13. Click the Create MRR for RMA Reject drop-down arrow.
14. Click the Never list item.
15. Verify ACCEPT is selected in the Auto Accept Disposition field.
16. Verify COMPLIES is selected in the Auto Accept Reason field.
17. Click the Save icon.
18. Click the Close (X) button on the Customer Parameters form
