Unship a shipment

Unship a shipment

Part 1: Unship Shipment and Unpack Inventory
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type unship shipment in the Filter field.
3. Click the Unship Shipment list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Unship Shipment form opens.
5. Click the Shipment drop-down arrow.
6. Click [your third shipment number] list item.
7. Select the Select check box for Line 1.
8. Click the Quantity field.
9. Verify the quantity to be unshipped. Note: Depending on the order you used this number will 
vary. 
10. Click the Reason Code drop-down arrow.
11. Click the OSP list item. 
12. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message “1 Unshipping Transaction(s)
were posted.”
13. Click the OK button. Note the Order number used for Unship Shipment.
14. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
15. Type unpack inventory in the Filter field.
16. Click the Unpack Inventory list item.
17. Click the OK button. The Unpack Inventory form opens.
18. Click the Shipment drop-down arrow.
19. Click the [your shipment number] list item. 
20. Verify the Return To Pick List check box is selected. Note: If this checkbox is cleared the 
quantity is not available from the pick list. 
21. Verify the Qty Available field. Note: This is the same amount as the unshipped quantity. 
22. Click to select the Select check box.
23. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message “All pick lists have been deleted 
from this shipment. [Shipment: XXX] will be deleted.”
24. Click the OK button. A dialog box opens with the message “[Process] was successful.”
25. Click the OK button.
Part 2: Unpick Inventory and delete Pick Maintenance
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type unpick inventory in the Filter field.
3. Click the Unpick Inventory list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Unpick Inventory form opens.
5. Click the Pick List drop-down arrow.
6. Click the [your pick list] from the list.
7. Click to select the Select checkbox. 
8. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message “[Process] was successful.”
9. Click the OK button. 
10. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
11. Type pick maintenance in the Filter field.
12. Click the web.PickMaintenance list item.
13. Click the OK button. The Pick Maintenance form opens.
14. Click [your Pick List] line. The Status will display Open.
15. Click the Delete icon. A dialog box opens with the message “Selected records will be 
permanently deleted upon Save.”
16. Click the OK button.
17. Click the Save icon. Your order will display on the Pick Workbench.
18. Click the Window drop-down arrow.
19. Click the Close All list item
