Part 1: Enable the workset enabled option
1. Open the Employees form.
2. .Select your Employee number from the left grid. This is the Badge ID/Employee number you
wrote down in Exercise 1.1, Part 2, Step 4.
3. Select the workset enabled check box found on the right-side of the form.
4. Click Save.
5. Click the X to close the Employees form. The Work Center Navigation Home form displays.
Part 2: Adding job operations and starting worksets
1. Verify the Labor icon on the left-side of the Work Center Navigation Home form is selected to
display the available menu buttons. If not, select it.
2. Click Work Center. The Work Center form displays.
3. Select AS-500 from the Work Center drop-down list.
Note: This field is indicated with a Factory ( ) icon near the top of the form.
4. Click the Job List tab.
5. Click DJ00000255. Note: The job will be highlighted in light blue when selected.
6. Click Add Setup. The Workset Maintenance form displays.
7. Verify Setup is selected from the Order Type drop-down list. If not, select it.
8. Verify DJ00000255 is selected from the Job drop-down list. If not, select it. The Item number
and Description are displayed on the Add Details tab.
9. Select 0 from the Suffix drop-down list.
10. Verify 30 is selected from the Operation drop-down list. If not, select it.
11. Click Add. The operations and tasks in the workset are displayed in the grid on the Workset
tab. There are two rows added.
12. Select Indirect from the Order Type drop-down list.
13. Select MT1 from the Indirect Code drop-down list.
14. Click Add. The operations and tasks in the workset are displayed in the grid on the Workset
tab. There are now three rows total.
15. Click Start All. Notice the Start Time displays.
16. Click Close. The Work Center form displays.
17. Click the Active tab. The jobs you created will be displayed on the Active tab. There will be two
listed on the Active tab.
Part 3: Stopping worksets
1. Click End All. The two jobs listed have been removed.
2. Click Close. The Work Center Navigation Home form displays
