Manage worksets

Part 1: Leave team
1. Open the Work Center Navigation Home form. 
2. Click Labor on left side navigation bar. 
3. Click the Team Maintenance icon.
4. Select 1_<your initials> in the Team field. For example, 1_TP. 1_<your initials> will display in 
the Badge ID field automatically.
5. Click Remove Selected. A message displays, “The Members will be removed.”
6. Click OK. A message displays , “Remove Team Member was successful.”
7. Click OK. Notice the employee has been deleted.
8. Click Close. The Work Center Navigation Home form displays.
Part 2: Adding jobs to worksets
1. Open the Employees form.
2. Select Employee 1 from the left grid. 
3. Check the Workset Enabled check box found on the right-side of the form.
4. Click Save.
5. Click the X to close the Employees form. The Work Center Navigation Home form displays.
6. Click Workset Maintenance. 
7. Select Run from the Order Type drop-down list.
8. Select DJ00000140 from the Job drop-down list. The Item number and description are 
displayed on the Details tab.
9. Verify 0 is in the Suffix field. If not, select it.
10. Select 40 from the Operation drop-down list. A message displays, Labor backflush exists for the 
selected operation, item or workcenter. Do you want to continue?”
11. Click Yes.
12. Click Add to Workset. The operations and tasks in the workset are displayed in the grid under
the Workset tab. There are two rows displayed.
13. Select Indirect from the Order Type drop-down list.
14. Select MT1 from the Indirect Code drop-down list.
15. Click Add to Workset. The operations and tasks in the workset are displayed in the grid on the 
Workset tab. There are three rows displayed now.
Part 3: Starting worksets
1. Click Start All under the Workset tab. A message displays, Start Workset Successful”.
2. Click OK. Notice the Start Time displays.
Part 4: Stopping an individual job on a workset
1. Click row 2 under the Workset tab. This is the Direct Punch Type.
2. Click End. The Quantity Enter form displays.
3. Type 1 in the Good field.
4. Click green checkbox icon. A message displays, End Production Order Successful.”
5. Click OK. 
6. The Workset Maintenance form displays. There are two rows displayed.
Part 5: Stopping a workset
1. Click End All. A message displays,” Stop Workset Successful.” The workset and all its 
operations, tasks, and activities are stopped. No rows display.
2. Click OK. 
3. Click Close. The Work Center Navigation Home form displays
