Manage a topic

Manage a topic

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type quality control in the Filter field.
3. Click the Quality Control Topics list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Quality Control Topics (Filter in Place) form opens. 
5. Click the Filter in Place icon.
6. Click to select [your topic number] in the grid. The Initial Note should begin with [your initials]. 
7. Click the Related Topic drop-down arrow.
8. Click the Maint list item. 
9. Click the Add button. Note: Maintenance appears in the Additional Topics field. 
10. Click the Priority drop-down arrow.
11. Click the 2 list item. 
12. Click the Status drop-down arrow.
13. Click the Under Review list item.
14. Type Starting investigation into this accident. in the Note field.
15. Click the Save icon.
16. Click the X-Ref TRR button. Notice a number appears to the right of the X-Ref TRR button.
17. Write down your TRR number __________________.
18. Click the Close (X) button on the Quality Control Topics for
