Part 1: Disable the workset enabled option
1. Open the Employees form.
2. Select Employee 1 from the left grid.
3. Clear the workset enabled check box found on the right-side of the form.
4. Click Save.
5. Click the X to close the Employees form. The Work Center Navigation Home form displays.
Part 2: Job operations setup activities
1. Verify the Labor icon on the left-side of the Work Center Navigation Home form is selected to
display the available menu buttons. If not, select it.
2. Click Work Center. The Work Center form displays.
3. Select AS-500 from the Work Center drop-down list.
Note: This field is indicated with a Factory ( ) icon near the top of the form.
4. Click the Job List tab.
5. Click DJ00000241.
Note: The job will be highlighted in light blue when selected.
6. Click Start Setup. The Start Setup form displays.
7. Verify DJ00000241 is displayed in the Job field. The Item number and description are
displayed on the Details tab.
8. Verify 0 is displayed in the Suffix field.
9. Verify 30 is displayed in the Operation field. The Work Center where the operation will be
performed is displayed under the Details section.
10. Click the green Process icon. A message displays, “[Start Setup] was successful.”
11. Click OK. You will be returned to the Work Center form, and the job you selected will be moved
to the Active tab. Note: The job will be highlighted in light blue.
12. Click End. The End Setup form displays.
13. Verify DJ00000241 is displayed in the Job field. The Item number and description are
displayed on the Details tab.
14. Verify 0 is displayed in the Suffix field.
15. Verify 30 is displayed in the Operation field. The Work Center where the operation will be
performed is displayed along with the Start Time the setup activity started and the Elapsed
Time.
16. Click the green Process icon. A message displays, “[End Setup] was successful.” This stops
setup activity for the selected operation.
17. Click OK. You will be returned to the Work Center
