Part 1: Edit the report
1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type financial report in the Filter field.
3. Click the Financial Report Writer list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Financial Report Writer form opens.
5. Click the Edit icon.
6. Click the [your initials]WIP line in the grid.
7. Click the Edit icon.
8. Click the Lines icon.
9. Click the Type: Account line.
10. Click the To Account drop-down arrow.
11. Click the 12278 list item.
12. Type WIP Accounts in the Group line. If you don’t type anything in the Group Label field the
labels on the columns will not print out.
13. Click the Add icon.
14. Click the Type drop-down arrow.
15. Click the Total list item.
16. Type Total WIP in the Text field.
17. Click the Save icon.
18. Click the Add icon to add totals.
19. Click the From Sequence drop-down arrow.
20. Click the 30 list item.
21. Click the To Sequence drop-down arrow.
22. Click the 30 list item.
23. Click the Save icon.
24. Click the Report Preview icon.
25. Click the line that displays Account in the Type field in the grid.
26. Click the Summary By Account button.
27. Click the Fiscal Year drop-down arrow.
28. Click the 2019 list item. If your environment doesn’t have data in that year, select another year.
29. Click the X on the G/L Posted Transactions Account Summary form.
Part 2: Print the report
1. Click the Print icon.
2. Click the Print button. The WIP Analysis Report opens in a new tab. Note: the WIP- Service
accounts are on the report.
3. Click the X on the Report viewer.
4. Click the X on the Financial Report Output.
5. Click the X on the Financial Report Writer.
