1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar. The Select Form dialog box opens.
2. Type Invoice posting in the Filter field
3. Click the Invoice Posting list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Invoice Posting form opens.
5. Click the Process button.
Note: This prints the Invoice Transaction Report and lists the invoices, debit memos, and credit
memos to be posted in the grid at the bottom of the form.
6. A dialog box opens with the message” Invoice Transaction Report will be printed.”
7. Click the OK button.”
8. A dialog box opens with the message, “Report Submitted.”
9. Click the OK button.
10. Review the report for your customer invoice and manual invoice.
11. Click the Commit radio button.
12. Click the Process button.
13. A dialog box opens with the message,” Invoice posting will be performed.”
14. Click the OK button.
15. A dialog box opens with the message “X X A/R Invoice(s) were posted.” Note: Posting the
invoices move them to the AR Dist Journal.
16. Click the OK button.
17. Click the X on the Invoice Posting form.
