Approve an ecn line item

Approve an ecn line item

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type change ecn in the Filter field.
3. Click the Change ECN Item Status list item. 
4. Click the OK button. The Change ECN Item Status form opens. 
5. Click the From Item Status drop-down arrow.
6. Click the Requested list item.
7. Click the To Item Status drop-down arrow.
8. Click the Approved list item.
9. Click the Starting ECN drop-down arrow.
10. Click the [your ECN] list item.
11. Verify the Preview radio button is selected.
12. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “XX ECN Line Item(s) were 
processed.”
13. Click the OK button. Review the ECN line items in the grid to make sure that the correct ECN line 
items are being approved.
14. Click to select the Commit radio button.
15. Click the Process button. A dialog box opens with the message, “XX ECN Line Item(s) were 
processed.”
16. Click the OK button.
Note: the Old Status is now Requested and the New Status is now Approved.
17. Click the X on the Change ECN Item Status form
