1. Click the Explorer toggle menu.
2. Click the plus (+) icon to expand the My Folders folder.
3. Right-click the AutoRun subfolder in the My Folders section of the Explorer. A drop-down list
displays.
4. Click the New Shortcut list item. The Select Form dialog box opens.
5. Type items in the Filter field.
6. Click the Items list item.
7. Click the OK button.
8. Click the plus (+) icon to expand the AutoRun subfolder. The Items form is copied to the
AutoRun folder.
9. Repeat steps 3-7 in using the information in the table below to add two additional new shortcut
forms to the AutoRun folder.

10. Click the Form drop-down arrow.
11. Click the Sign Out list item. The Sign In screen displays with the Configuration field already
filled in.
12. Click the OK button. The Items, Order Shipping, and Purchase Orders forms open
automatically.
13. Click the Window drop-down arrow on the Menu bar.
14. Click the Close All list item.
15. Click the Explorer toggle menu.
