Create a Control Plan and Control Plan Test

1. Click the Open icon on the toolbar.
2. Type control plan in the Filter field.
3. Click the Control Plan (QC Items) list item.
4. Click the OK button. The Control Plan (QC Items) (Filter in Place) form opens.
5. Click the Filter in Place icon.
6. Click the New icon.
7. Type mb* in the Item field.
8. Click the Item drop-down arrow.
9. Click the MB-11000 list item.
10. Click the Ref Type drop-down arrow.
11. Click the O list item.
12. Click to select the C of C Required check box on the Item/Inspect tab.
13. Click to select the First Article check box.
14. Type Example ALERT, using the comma separator in the Alert field.
15. Click the Inspection Frequency drop-down arrow.
16. Click the NA list item.
17. Click the Save icon.
18. Click the Control Plan Tests (QC Item Tests) button. The Control Plan Tests (QC Item Tests) 
(Linked) form opens. 
Note: The Seq field defaults to 10.
19. Click the Sev Level drop-down arrow.
20. Click the MINOR list item.
21. Type Inspection in the Characteristic field.
22. Click the Gauge Group drop-down arrow.
23. Click the VISUAL list item.
24. Click the Equipment drop-down arrow.
25. Click the EYES list item.
26. Click the Test Method drop-down arrow.
27. Click the Final Test list item.
28. Type 9 in the Expected Minimum field.
29. Type 10 in the Expected Maximum field.
30. Click the Save icon.
31. Click the Close (X) button on the Control Plan Tests (QC Item Tests) (Linked) form.
32. Click the Tests tab. The item test you just created displays.
33. Click the Close (X) button on the Control Plan (QC Items) form
